使用條款（Terms of Use）

1. 條款

當您訪問本線上學習空間（以下簡稱「本空間」）時，即表示您同意遵守本使用條款、所有適用法律與法規，並同意您有責任遵守任何適用的地方法律。如果您不同意任何條款，則禁止使用或訪問本網站。本空間所包含的所有資料均受相關版權及商標法保護。

2. 使用授權

  1. 未經授權，禁止以任何方式下載、複製、儲存或傳播本空間中的任何影片內容（無論全部或部分），包括螢幕擷取、螢幕錄影（透過裝置軟體或外部設備）、錄音，錄音內容轉文字以及任何其他形式的複製或傳播行為。無論是否牟利，皆屬違規，並將依本條款第9條處理。
  2. 僅授權您暫時下載本空間網站上任何非影片類可下載資料的一份副本，僅供個人、非商業性、短暫瀏覽之用。此為授權使用，並非所有權轉移。
  3. 根據此授權，您不得：
    i. 修改或複製資料；
    ii. 將資料用於任何商業用途，或任何公開展示（商業或非商業）；
    iii. 嘗試反編譯或逆向工程本空間網站所含之任何軟體；
    iv. 移除資料中的版權或其他所有權標示；

By accessing this Online Learning Space (the "Space"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Space are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. No permission is granted to download, reproduce, store, or disseminate any video content available on the Space, whether in part or in full, including screen capture, screen recording (via device software or external equipment), audio recording, transcription of audio into text, and any other form of reproduction or dissemination. Whether for profit or not, such actions are considered violations and will be handled in accordance with Clause 9 of these Terms.
  2. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any non-video downloadable materials on the Space’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Any claim relating to the Space’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Space Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms of Use are originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
